Drift Race 3D

A chain of corners to slide through

Drift Race 3D is a 3D drift racer where speed matters less than how you take a bend. The car carries its momentum through every corner, so a run is really a chain of drifts — and how one slide ends decides how the next one starts.

Finish the track pointed the right way

Complete the course and reach the finish ahead of the challenge or opponent without spinning out or leaving the road. The run survives or dies on whether your car is pointing at each corner exit, not on how fast you went into it.

Hold through the bend, then counter-steer

Steer with the arrow keys, A and D, the mouse, or the on-screen touch buttons shown when the run starts. Press and hold into the bend to slide, then release — or steer the opposite way — as the car's nose lines up with the exit.

Learn the corner order first

On your opening lap, take every bend slower than you think you need to and just watch where each one starts to bite. Knowing the order and tightness of the corners beats raw speed in the first minute, because you stop guessing mid-slide.

Settle the car before the slide

Do your slowing on the straight, not inside the bend. Braking or snapping the wheel mid-drift throws the tail out; a car that enters the corner already composed holds the slide cleanly all the way to the exit line.

Frequently asked questions

How do I start a drift?

Hold into the bend with the arrow keys, A and D, the mouse, or the on-screen touch buttons to start the slide, then release or steer the opposite way as the car's nose lines up with the corner exit.

What ends a run?

Spinning out or leaving the road usually ends the attempt, so the run survives on whether your car is pointing at each corner exit rather than on how fast you went in.

What's the best way to take a corner?

Do your slowing on the straight, not inside the bend, then hold the slide and counter-steer out clean so you carry speed from one drift to the next.
