Paint Pop 3D

A spinning shape and a paint stream

Paint Pop 3D puts a 3D shape on screen that turns on its own while you fire a stream of color at it. Some parts of the shape are studded with pieces you must leave untouched, so each pass becomes a search for the clean gaps between them.

Cover the blank faces, spare the studs

Color every blank face of the shape until it is fully coated. Any paint that lands on the studded or protected parts fails the level, so coverage only counts on the areas that are meant to be painted.

Hold to spray, release to stop

Press and hold the mouse button, or keep a finger on the screen, to keep the paint stream running; release to cut it off. The shape keeps rotating on its own, so your only real input is deciding when the stream is on or off.

Watch one full spin first

Before your first shot, let the shape complete a full rotation without firing. Note where the protected parts sit and how fast they cross the screen, then paint only inside the windows you have already identified.

Let a missed section come back

A section you miss will return on the next lap. Instead of chasing it and swinging the stream across a protected part, wait a beat and catch it on the next rotation so the paint never leaves safe ground.

Frequently asked questions

How do I paint the shape in Paint Pop 3D?

Press and hold the mouse button, or keep a finger on the screen, to keep the paint stream running; release to cut it off. The shape keeps rotating on its own, so your only input is deciding when the stream is on or off.

Why did I fail the level?

Any paint that lands on the studded or protected parts fails the level. Coverage only counts on the blank faces that are meant to be painted, so keep the stream inside the clean gaps between the studs.

How do I avoid hitting the protected parts?

Before your first shot, let the shape complete one full rotation and note where the protected parts sit. A section you miss will return on the next lap, so wait a beat and catch it then instead of swinging the stream across a stud.
