01 / WHAT IT IS
A bike race with balance to manage
Cycling Hero puts you on a bicycle speeding along a course that keeps changing, with climbs, drops and jumps coming one after another. You control the rider's speed and posture while the track decides what kind of input each section needs.
02 / THE GOAL
Finish the course without a crash
Complete the route and hit the finish position or stage requirement. Wiping out on a landing or losing balance on rough ground ends the run, so staying upright is the first job before any time bonus.
03 / HOW TO CONTROL
Push, lean, and keep it level
On a keyboard, use the movement keys to accelerate and balance; on a touch screen, use the on-screen buttons for the same actions. A boost key, where available, is usually marked in the player's control panel.
04 / GETTING STARTED
Build speed on the flats, not the slopes
Open the race by accelerating on stable, level ground so you enter the first obstacle with speed but also control. Ease off the input just before a climb or jump instead of charging everything at full throttle.
PRO TIP
Line up the landing before the ramp
As soon as the bike leaves a jump, level it out so both wheels reconnect with the track at once. A straight landing keeps more of your speed than a tilted one.
